Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling various parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
